Binhu Baowen International Square project is a characteristics culture and art-themed commercial complex. It is wholly owned by the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Baowen Property Group, Hefei Bowen Property Co. LTD. Located in the intersection of Luzhou Road of Binhu District and Nanning Road, it covers an area of 53.52 mu and has an overall floorage of about 265,000 square meters, including an above ground floor area of about 187,000 square meters and an underground floor area of about 78,000 square meters. The above ground area includes one super-high building, one high building and a concentrated commercial area from the first floor to the sixth floor. The underground three floors include a theme commercial area in the negative one-storey whose entrance is connected with Nanning station of the metro line I, and the negative two and three floors are underground parking lots.
